1:1 Coaching Program

Questions? DM me on Instagram. No calls, no consults, just a straight answer.

No Progress? Full Refund.

Follow the program, send your weekly check-ins, and show up to your sessions. If you don't see real progress towards your muscle up, I'll refund you in full. No progress means no charge. Simple as that.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

+I'm flat out. Do I really have time for this?

Yes. Two focused sessions a week is enough to keep progressing. The program is built around your schedule, not the other way round.

+What if I'm older or heavier than the average calisthenics athlete?

The plan is built around where you actually are, your strength, your weight, your technique. That's the whole point of the diagnostic. You're not following someone else's program.

+I have an old shoulder injury. Can I still do this?

In most cases, yes. Your program is scaled around any limitations you flag, and every session is checked by me, not a template. If something genuinely isn't safe for you yet, I'll tell you straight.

+Will this actually work for someone like me?

If you can hang from a bar and commit to two sessions a week, that's the bar to entry. Everything else is coached. And if you follow the program and don't see real progress, you get a full refund. The risk is on me, not you.

+How long until I get my first muscle up?

Most clients land it somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on where they start. The diagnostic tells us exactly what's holding you back, so you're never wasting a session on drills that don't apply to you.

+Do I need a full gym?

No. A pull-up bar is enough to start, and the plan is built around whatever access you have, full gym, home bar, or just a bar at the park.

+What happens after I buy?

You'll land on a short thank-you page with next steps: a quick onboarding call if you want it, then your personalised program within 72 hours, and weekly form checks from there.

+How is this different from a YouTube program?

A video can't see you. Your form gets checked every week, your plan adjusts as you improve, and you have direct access to me whenever you get stuck. That's the part that actually gets people over the bar.

+How long will it take me to learn a muscle up?

Most people land their first one somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on their starting point. The diagnostic pins down exactly what's holding you back, so you're not wasting sessions on drills you don't need.

+How long is each training session?

Plan on 45 to 60 minutes, two to four sessions a week depending on your schedule. The program is built around the time you actually have, not an ideal week that never happens.

+Can I follow this alongside my normal gym routine?

Yes. The muscle-up work slots into your existing training, and I'd rather adjust your plan around what you're already doing than have you quit it entirely. Just let me know your current routine on the onboarding call.

+What equipment do I need?

A pull-up bar is the one essential. Beyond that the plan adapts to whatever you have access to, whether that's a full gym, rings at home, or just a bar at the park.

+How do the weekly form checks work?

You film your key sets on your phone, send them to me, and I review them with specific cues and adjustments. It takes you a few minutes, and it's what keeps every week moving in the right direction.
